Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Listr. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Listr provides productivity software for real estate professionals: lead and listing management, transaction tracking, document analysis, content generation, and integrations you choose to connect. Listr is currently offered as an early-access service; features may change as it develops.

Your account and your content

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of records you create.
• You retain ownership of the content and records you store in Listr. You grant Listr the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service — including processing content you submit to AI features through our AI provider.
• You are responsible for having the legal right to store the client information and documents you upload, and for using communications features in compliance with applicable law (including telemarketing, spam, and fair housing laws).
• If you use automated email sequences, you are responsible for having permission to email the people you enroll and for the content you approve. Listr sends only emails you have approved, includes the mailing address you provide and an unsubscribe link in each one, and stops emailing anyone who unsubscribes.

Professional responsibility — not legal advice

Listr's AI features produce drafts, summaries, extracted dates, and document completeness checks to assist your work. They are informational tools, not legal, financial, or brokerage advice, and they can be wrong. Extracted deadlines and document findings must be verified against the source documents. You and your brokerage remain solely responsible for contractual deadlines, disclosures, compliance, and every message sent to a client.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, sending unlawful communications through connected accounts, uploading malicious files, or reselling the service without permission.

Third-party services

Integrations such as Google Workspace are provided by their respective companies under their own terms. Listr's use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listr's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and Listr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed contractual deadlines or lost transactions.

Termination

You may stop using Listr and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
