Listr ("Listr," "we," "us") is a real estate productivity platform operated for licensed real estate professionals and their teams. This policy explains what information Listr collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
If you choose to connect your Google account, Listr accesses Google services strictly to provide the features described below, and for no other purpose:
Limited Use disclosure: Listr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing features described above; it is not sold; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features (see "Service providers" below), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with equivalent protections; it is not used for advertising; and human access to it is restricted to cases with your consent, security investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated anonymized internal operations.
Artificial intelligence: Listr uses AI to power features such as email drafting, contract date extraction, inbox summaries, and image editing for virtual staging. Text and documents you submit to AI features are processed through Anthropic's API; images you submit to visual features (such as virtual staging) are processed through Google's Gemini API. Both act as service providers processing content only to return the result you requested. Google user data is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our AI provider does not train models on data submitted through its API.
Agents can use Listr to send a sequence of emails they have approved to their own contacts. To show the agent who engaged, links in those emails pass through a Listr address (beginning listr.ai/c/) that records which link was clicked and when, then immediately forwards the reader to the original page. Listr does not place hidden tracking images in these emails and does not track when an email is opened.
Every automated email includes the sender's mailing address and an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and applies to every agent on the sender's team. Click and unsubscribe records are kept as part of the sending agent's records and are visible only to that agent and their team. If you received one of these emails and have a question about your information, contact the agent who sent it or support@listr.ai.
Agents can share a Listr booking page (an address beginning listr.ai/book/) where people pick a time to meet. Someone who books gives their name and email address, and may add a phone number and a note. That information goes to the agent who owns the page: it is added to that agent's leads and calendar, and Google Calendar sends the person an invitation. The booking page shows only open times, never what is on the agent's calendar. If you booked through one of these pages and have a question about your information, contact the agent or support@listr.ai.
Listr does not sell personal information and does not use your data or your clients' data for advertising.
Listr runs on service providers that process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Railway (application hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of text and documents you submit to AI features), Google Gemini API (AI processing of images you submit to visual features such as virtual staging), and Sentry (application error monitoring: stack traces and page paths, never message or document content). We share with them only what is necessary to provide the service, and we use API tiers under which submitted content is not used to train the providers' models.
Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security so that records are visible only to their owner and the teammates they are shared with. Documents are stored in private storage buckets accessible only through time-limited signed links. Google account tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked by you at any time.
Your records are retained while your account is active. When you delete a record, it is removed from active systems; residual copies in backups are purged on the backup rotation schedule.
Listr is a professional tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and notify active users in the app.
